  • This workshop teaches leaders basic coaching skills that they can use with their teammates and in their work. These skills create the foundation for deeply listening to what others are saying, helping them create a vision to move forward, and developing action steps to get there.

  • This workshop teaches the four basic blockers to success, such as generalizations and stories, which limit us to the amount of possibilities available to us and hold us back from accomplishing our goals. It creates awareness of the lenses through which we currently see the world and helps us begin to build new, more conscious lenses.

  • The energy we bring into the workplace stems from how we view the world around us. This energy has a direct impact on others and our workplace culture. This workshop teaches the seven different levels of perception and how they show up in our lives. At each level there is a thought that leads to an emotion that results in an action—this combination creates an individual’s behavior. Each person has a different mix of these levels of perception, which impacts how they approach work and life. By the end of this workshop, participants will have a clear idea of how to identify the behaviors associated with each level in themselves and others. Then they will be given tools for how to shift their perception and approach to be the most helpful for the team and situation. For example, if they identify that they or someone else is seeing the world through the lens of conflict, they can utilize tools to help them see the situation through the lens of collaboration or opportunity instead.

  • This workshop leads participants through creating a vision of what they want and then (working backwards) helps them develop specific goals to achieve the vision.

  • We can take the learnings and areas of growth for the team and use them to develop a custom workshop. This custom workshop will address the specific challenges that are coming up for employees, managers and leaders and provide targeted training and coaching around them.

Workshop Results

Retreats combine the benefits of a workshop with team building, visioning/planning and group coaching. The entire day is customized to the team and their needs based on their current challenges and what success looks like for them.

Retreats

  • The learning workshop portion of the retreat is to up-level the team, help them develop new skills and create a common language. We can incorporate one of the workshops on the left or develop a custom one.

  • The team building exercises that are incorporated will be specifically tailored to the challenges the team is experiencing and what success looks like as it relates to those challenges—meaning the team building will be very intentional and not simply for the sake of team building.

  • There are numerous exercises that we can do around visioning, goal-setting, prioritization and more to help the team get into alignment about where they’re going next. For example, we can create a vision of what the team wants to be experiencing one year from now and work backwards, or use an exercise called a nine-up to create ideas and solutions for a particular challenge. These exercises can be for the immediate future, the next six months, the next year or more.

  • Group coaching provides a space to have a targeted discussion around a specific goal. During the session, we will directly address any challenges that are impacting the team, such as operating more strategically or communicating more effectively with each other. We will do this in a way that builds on the content from the day, overcomes blocks in mindset, and moves the team into action.

  • We can take any specific area the team wants to work on and develop specific components to incorporate during the day. There are hundreds of exercises that we can incorporate into the facilitation to help the team achieve exactly what they want to.
