Team coaching brings together all members of a team to help them focus on and work towards the same vision. It cultivates an intimate space for goal setting, creates awareness around key challenges, and moves the group into action with intention. The purpose of group coaching is to get the team from where they are now to where they want to go. To do that, we will identify the obstacles that are holding them back from experiencing what they want to and overcome them step-by-step. This coaching approach creates more awareness of themselves and others, which in turn shifts team behaviors and dynamics.

The ELI is an attitudinal assessment that measures perception in a tangible way. The assessment shows the seven different levels of energy and how they show up in our lives.
At each level there is a thought that leads to an emotion that results in an action. Each person has a different mix of these levels of energy. The assessment shows how much time individuals spend in each level (thoughts/emotions/behaviors) under normal circumstances and under stress. It's great for leaders and teams because they can specifically see what percentage they have of each energy level and begin to identify how it’s helping them or holding them back. Then they can form solutions for moving forward in the way that they want to.
Note: Team coaching pairs well with the ELI assessment where the entire team takes the assessment and is debriefed as a team through a working session. Following the debrief, the team will go through a series of group coaching sessions to apply their learnings and overcome challenges along the way.
For this approach, the team can be debriefed individually and then as a group or just as a group. In the group debrief they will see a compilation of their energy as a team. Then we will work through how they would like to show up differently and approach situations from new perspectives.
